Output coupler mirror and high reflector mirror in sealable housing (round). HRM 60.75mm L x 63.5mm D, mirror tube is 31mm OD x 18.5mm ID. Stainless steel bodies. Unknown mirror and lens characteristics.

(LZR) HRM-OCM-2
Output coupler mirror and high reflector mirror in sealable housing (square). Housing is machined from a solid piece of stainless steel and measuers 75.5mm x 82.5mm x 16mm block with flanged tube. Outside has 57mm diameter x 10mm thick flange with 4 set screws and 12.4mm tube to expose rear of mirror. Inside has 27.5mm OD threaded tube. Cap can unscrew to release 19mm mirror or lens. OC mirror is marked 2 mcc, 65% R and coating is deteriorating on edges. HR mirror is marked S/N 118, 2 mmc which matches to a box from II-VI corp. S1: 2 mcc: MMR, S2: FG: UC

(LZR) HRM-OCM-3
Machined from a solid block of stainless steel. This housing is 80.1mm in diameter with a 12.6mm thick ring, 3.7mm gap and 8.5mm thick rings.
Inner shaft is 28.6mm OD x 23.4mm ID; approximately 12.5mm of shaft machined to 7.5mm ID, to lens 13.5mm. First housing has an output coupler lens, other has no mirror or lens mounted. Lens is removable via 4 set screws. Unknown mirror characteristics, but hand labeled "95%" (95% reflectivity?). Likely ZnSe.

(LZR) HRM-OCM-4
Similar to ENDCAP-A. 4 bolt pattern. These end caps have a back wall which narrows the 1.24" diameter tube down to 0.28". Each has a snout attachment that extends the 0.28" - another 1" where a 0.5" mirror or lens could be mounted - held in by a crew on cap. On the opposite side a screw on flange will accomodate a 1.5" mirror or lens. No lens or mirrors included.

(LZR) ENDCAP-A
This appears to be their final universal end cap design. You can bolt to either side and use as your reflector mirror or output coupler housing. This one has a 1.5" diameter polycarbonate 0.18" thick window mounted on the rear. Milled from solid stock of stainless steel. Slightly less than 1 lb. View enlarged images for dimensions.

This end cap is identical to ENDCAP-A above (view for dimensions). It has a broken (or purposefully cut) Si total reflector mounted on the front. It has a ZnSe window mounted on the rear. Inside shaft has a screw on cap and o-ring which accomodate a 0.5" output coupler or high reflector mirror. 2" O.C. x 4" square pattern mounting holes. Only one available, no matching end wall.

3.25" x 3" aluminum end cap with square pattern. 8 bolt holes. Fits any of the 8 bolt square laser chambers. Holds a 1.5" output coupler mirror. Labled "2MCC / 95% / ZnSe". In good condition.

Set of Simple End Caps

Set of simple stainless steel end caps. 1-3/4" diameter x 0.94" overall thickness outside chamber. Has a 0.44" diameter x 0.4" long inside chamber snout to hold a 0.25" to 0.375" mirror. No cap or holder, mirror would be glued. Inner 0.37" thick ring has (4) 0.185" diameter bolt holes on 0.937" c-c square pattern. A 0.87" diameter (center) groove (0.08" wide) to hold an o-ring, to seal the laser chamber is provided. Designed for insertion in to a chamber hole ranging from 0.5" to 0.65" diameter. There is a 0.19" gap between the inner and outer rings. The outer ring has (4) 1/4" threaded holes for mirror tilt adjustment from outside the chamber.

Stainless steel end cap with snout that extends 1" inside housing (1/2" thick shaft with 1.12" diameter head) with aluminum screw on cap to hold a 1" mirror. 2" x 1-1/2" housing mount with 1.17" diameter o-ring groove. Fits vacuum chamber housing hole between 1.13" to 1.16" diameter. (4) 0.17" rectangular mounting holes on 22mm and 39mm c-c. Extension of inner shaft (0.55" diameter extending 0.20" long) to outer adjustment head (1.5" diameter x 0.30" thick) with threaded holes for set screws to adjust mirror tilt after installation.

These end caps have a snout which extends 1.3" inside housing that has a screw on cap to hold a 0.75" diameter mirror. Snout has a 1.3" outside diameter at mirror mount and a 0.5" inside diameter. Outside housing is 1.95" in diameter with (4) 0.16" diameter mounting holes 1.64" c-c and (4) threaded mirror angle adjustment holes. Rear has screw on cap to hold a 1.0" mirror. Stainless steel. Parts are sealed in mfg. bags.

Output coupler mirror and total reflector mirror in sealable square housing - laser chamber end caps. 3-1/4" x 3" x 5/8" thick outer wall with square O-ring seal. 8" x 0.137" diameter mount holes spaced 1-3/8" c-c around perimeter. Center 1/2" diameter bore from outside to mirror. 0.75" diameter mirrors with O-ring mounts inside, held by 1-1/4" screw on cap. Outer 2-1/4" diameter x 3/8" thick adjustment ring for X-Y mirror adjust via 4 set screws. Adjustment ring extends 5/8" beyond outer housing while mirror mount extends 5/8" beyond inner housing wall (inside laser vacuum chamber when mounted). Mirrors are marked "85% 2MCC / 2MCX" for output coupler and "3MCC TR" for total reflector mirror.

Front and back have 8 threaded bolt holes for mirror holding cap. 8 torx bolts included. 1 aluminum mirror holding cap included. Inner diameter is 0.43" and holds a 0.75" diameter mirror. Unlike our other end caps, these mirror mounts do not have bolt holes for mounting the assembly to an end wall. Perhaps these mounts were meant to be press fit in to LZR-EWRING-OCH or LZR-EWRING-CH as there is an inner lip on the front of this mirror mount that measures less than the 2" inner diameter (1.9985"-1.999") by 0.001". Overall assembly 1.125" thick. Hole pattern matches LZR-M13HOLD-A and LZR-M13HOLD-B mirror holding caps and LZR-HOLDRING13 holding ring.

3.36" outside diameter x 1.75" inside diameter. 0.62" thick with (8) 0.33" diameter evenly spaced bolt holes. This one has the inner diameter hole offset towards the top center of the ring. Front side has groove for o-ring seal. Back side has 2.0" diameter x 0.12" deep depression. Stainless steel (appears to be milled from a Lesker fixed blank F0337X00N).
